Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork or designs, you represent that you own or have the rights to use them and grant us a license to reproduce them solely to fulfill your order. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights. All Tru Shirts branding, content, and website materials remain our property.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amounts, including taxes and shipping, for your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Because most items are custom-decorated, returns are limited to defective or incorrect products. Please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery to resolve any issues.
