How to measure
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms.
Compare
Lay a shirt that fits you well flat and measure straight across the chest, then double it.
Between sizes?
Size up for a relaxed fit or if you plan to wash and dry on heat.
